Have you set any New Year's resolutions for 2022? If you’re also hoping to improve your health and fitness in the New Year, utilize one of these astounding fitness centers. 

Harbor East
The Maryland Athletic Club and Orangetheory Fitness are conveniently located in Harbor East, just a few short steps from your home at the Promenade.

Maryland Athletic Club
The Maryland Athletic Club (MAC) is offering discounted membership for Promenade residents. MAC members will receive access to their fabulous amenities, such as: sauna/steam rooms, executive locker rooms, and towel service. Beyond their niceties, MAC has various fitness studios, free weights, and four heated indoor saltwater pools. MAC also offers in-person and virtual fitness groups, yoga classes, personal training, and pilates sessions.

Orangetheory Fitness
Orangetheory Fitness is renowned for their fitness classes instructed by inspiring, world-class coaches. Specifically, Orangetheory’s courses combine total-body, strength building, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to maximize results. To ensure these optimal results, Orangetheory calculates and measures your heart rate throughout their workouts. If you’re curious about Orangetheory, give it a try — the first class is free!

Harbor Point
Harbor Point is just around the corner from the Promenade, so be sure to check out one of these great fitness options. 

[solidcore]
[solidcore] is energizing Harbor Point with 50-minute, total-body workouts; they’re redefining traditional pilates by balancing core exercises with slow, controlled workouts. [solidcore] prides themselves on their encouraging instructors and aesthetics. For instance, their lively classes are paired with neon lights and upbeat music. If you’re looking to get fit from home, [solidcore] also offers stimulating at-home workouts.

Resistance Fitness
Resistance Fitnesses fosters a welcoming space for everyone, by offering a variety of fitness classes. For example, their sessions focus on resistance training, running, barre, yoga, and/or spin. No matter the workout, all classes incorporate positivity and high energy. Resistance Fitness is currently virtual — live workouts and classes can be taken online with a membership or subscription. But, their rejuvenating spin studio will be coming to Harbor Point soon! 

Breathing Dragon Yoga
Through yoga therapy, Breathing Dragon Yoga aspires to harmonize our bodies and minds. Their therapeutic yoga sessions range in expertise level, from beginner to advanced. Additionally, Breathing Dragon Yoga is a welcoming space, as they practice the Three C’s: community, care, and courage. If interested, Breathing Dragon Yoga is offering a New Student Special on hot yoga classes and hot high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

Sanctuary Bodyworks
Sanctuary Bodyworks aspires to rejuvenate bodies and minds through care, exercise, and equilibrium. Sanctuary is currently offering various fitness classes, including personal training, equipment pilates, and private yoga. For recovery, Sanctuary specializes in massages, rolfing, and physical therapy. To optimize peak performance, members are also offered nutrition counseling. 

F45 Fells Point
F45 fosters team building, bonding, and training through exercise. Moreover, F45 offers weekly 45-minute functional workouts combining cardio and resistance training. Whilst their training is rigorous, F45 is truly fun, exciting, and enjoyable. 

Pilates House
Pilates House is well-known for their total-body, dynamic pilates classes. During these 50-minutes workouts, Pilates House boosts strength, stamina, and body performance. Beyond reformer classes, Pilates House offers 55-minute private training sessions that are tailored to each individual. Private training sessions are also available in duo or trio options.

PEAK Baltimore
PEAK Baltimore aspires to elevate your body’s peak performance through interval training. By using advanced equipment, PEAK escalates conditioning, strength training, and high-intensity exercises. If interested, new members receive their first workout for free.

Merritt Clubs
Merritt Clubs has various locations throughout Maryland. However, the Canton gym is the closest to Promenade. 

Merritt Canton’s fitness studios and free weights are actually open 24/7, for your convenience. Besides their state-of-the-art equipment, Merritt offers group and one-on-one training. If you’re looking to improve body performance and endurance, Merritt Club also holds boxing, TRIBE, and TRX suspension training. To elevate your health, Merritt provides therapeutic, nutrition, and wellness services. 

New members are offered a free pass to experience Merritt Club in Canton.

Rev Cycle Studio
Rev up your routine with Rev Cycle Studio’s spin classes. Their spin instructors are personable, motivational, and exemplary. If interested, Rev Cycle Studio currently offers spin classes from home; the first three classes are free.

PUSH511
PUSH511 aims to boost confidence and health through CrossFit training, bootcamp, yoga, and Olympic lifting. For individualized sessions, PUSH511 also offers personal training with personable coaches and trainers. Now, PUSH511 holds nutrition and wellness plans to help nourish our bodies. If interested, PUSH511 is now hosting a four-week workout program from home.

Under Armor Performance Center
The Under Armor Performance Center (UAPC) is renowned for its aesthetics, beautiful space, and marble columns. UAPC is an enriching environment for those seeking to improve their wellness. The Performance Center has an open studio, Under Armor turf, full-service salon, and FX physical therapy center. There is also an Under Armor storefront. For those interested, UAPC offers on-demand fitness classes and sessions (which you can follow in the comfort of your own home).

Grind Baltimore
Grind Baltimore is an aesthetically-pleasing gym located on the waterfront in Downtown. Members receive full access to their open gym, free weights, and sauna. For recovery, Grind also offers physical therapy, meal prep, and nutrition counseling with a Licensed Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Specialist. Additionally, Grind provides personal training tailored to each individual.

Federal Hill

Reflex Functional Fitness
Reflex Functional Fitness specializes in one-on-one and group fitness classes. With state-of-the-art equipment, members can undergo bootcamp, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strengthening/conditioning, triathlon training, and self-defense courses. Currently, Reflex is offering a seven-day free trial for new members.

Industry Athletics
Industry Athletics primarily focuses on community-based fitness classes with CrossFit, cardio-centered workout routines, and personal training. Members will, also, have access to the fully-functioning facility and reparative physical therapy sessions. Now, Industry Athletics is offering a “free first class.” 

Knockout Fitness
Knockout Fitness specializes in boxing and kickboxing. Members will have free access to fitness sessions, 45-minute hot boxing classes, velocity training, and strengthening/conditioning. Their trainers are personable, friendly, and encouraging.
