Be Our Valentine in Baltimore

Valentine's DayLove is in the air! Cupid is visiting us this Valentine’s Day on Monday, February 14th.

Beyond Love
Originally, Valentine’s Day began as a Pagan holiday — called Lupercalia —  in 270 B.C.E.  Lupercalia was a feast honoring the deity of fertility and agriculture, Faunus. During the Middle Ages, England and France associated Valentine’s Day with courtship and mating seasons. In 1375, Geoffrey Chaucer even first recorded Valentine’s Day as a romantic celebration. Throughout the centuries, Valentine’s Day began to be celebrated with hand-made valentines, chocolates, and love.

  1. Hello,
I hope you are doing fine. I want to participate in your market event as a vendor artist. I want to know how many people usually come for the event and how much is the application fee.
